My husband and I were warned and cautioned by many friends and family that building could be one of the hardest things we went through. But the process with Sierra Homes couldn’t have been more smooth, the employees could not have been more genuine and caring, and I could not be any more in love with my house. Not to mention- it was quick! For anyone thinking about building the one thing I took away from this experience is who you decide to build with is HUGE, and we know we made the right choice picking Sierra. “Sierra Homes is probably the best option for a new build because of the price and quality. They accommodated changes to our floor plan without any problems. In many cases, they didn’t charge extra for customization such as moving walls and adding a vaulted ceiling to our dining room. They were responsive and helpful. I had several friends build with other companies at the same time as I did. My friends all had major issues and the difference in their experience from mine is night and day. I have some complaints , but a lot of them are not the builders fault, rather things that I overlooked in the planning stage
